Shipping Policy
Where we ship
Canada, the United States, Australia, Singapore, the United Kingdom, France, Germany and the United Arab Emirates.
Free shipping with duties included
Orders to the US, Canada, Australia and Singapore ship free, with duties and taxes already paid. Nothing to pay on delivery, no surprise fee at the door.
Orders to the UK, France, Germany and the UAE ship at a flat €15. Duties and import taxes for these destinations are charged on delivery by your local customs authority and are outside our control.
Free 30-day returns apply to full-price orders to the US, Canada and Australia. Full details are in our refund policy.
Dispatch
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days with a tracking number emailed as soon as your parcel is on its way. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays go out the next business day.
We hold local stock in North America, so most orders ship domestically rather than crossing a border.

These are estimates from the day of dispatch, not the day you order. Carriers occasionally run behind during peak periods and around public holidays.
Tracking
Your tracking number arrives by email at dispatch. It can take up to 24 hours to start showing movement.
Address accuracy
Please double check your address at checkout. We can update it before dispatch if you email hello@bewarmur.com quickly, but once a parcel is with the carrier we can't redirect it. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect address can be reshipped at your cost.
Delays and lost parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 business days, email hello@bewarmur.com with your order number and we'll chase the carrier. If a parcel is confirmed lost we'll replace it or refund you.
