1. Where do you ship?
Currently we only ship within Canada & the United States. Each package will ship from London, Ontario the same day if ordered before 5pm. The rest of the world will be available in the near future so subscribe to our emails to be the first to know!
2. What are the care instructions for my Warmür?
We suggest that you spot clean your Warmür as much as possible. If you have the odd mishap like us, you can put your Warmür in the washing machine, with cold water, on delicate, and hang to dry!
3. What does "pre-order" mean?
Pre-ordering a Warmür means that we are a small business and need to know how many products to make ahead of time so we can accurately purchase materials.
4. How long will it take to get my pre-order?
"It depends" is the easy answer. We will indicate how many are available within the month, and how many will flow over into the following month. Depending on the quantity of orders, you're looking at within 4-6 weeks. If it is any longer, you will receive an update email.
5. What if my office chair has a headrest or is extra-large?
Please send us an email from the "Contact Us" page, and we will happily work on a custom Warmür for you!
6. Can I place a large order for my team or business?
Absolutely! They make amazing gifts, swag, and prizes! We'd love to brand Warmürs for your business. Send us an email via the "Company Gifts" page to discuss a custom or large order.
7. How far will you deliver?
Free local delivery will be available in the month of December of 2021 in London, ON to make sure you have it on time for the holidays. Leave a note on your order letting us know if you need it by a specific date and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
