Warmür Shipping Policy

We strive to deliver your Warmür as quickly and smoothly as possible so you can start enjoying cozy, office ready comfort. Below you will find everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Flat Rate Shipping

For orders under $400:

  • 🇨🇦 Canada – $7.99

  • 🇺🇸 United States – FREE

  • 🇦🇺 Australia – $7.99

Larger orders ship at our reduced bulk rate, which will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping to the United Kingdom

  • 🇬🇧 United Kingdom – 25€ flat rate on all orders.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday). You will receive a tracking number as soon as your Warmür is on the way.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Canada: 7 to 10 business days 

  • United States: Standard 4-7 business days // Expedited 2-4 business days

  • Australia: 5 to 7 business days 

  • United Kingdom: 7 to 14 business days

Delivery times may vary during peak holiday seasons.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

U.S.A., Canada, and Australia orders will ship Duties Pre-Paid (DPP) and will have no additional duty charges on delivery. U.K. customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes required before delivery. When possible, these fees including taxes will be shown in your total order at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Use this number to monitor your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Have Not Received Your Order?

If your package has not arrived within the timeframes below after you receive your shipping confirmation, please contact us:

  • 15 business days for Canada, United States, and Australia

  • 20 business days for the United Kingdom

Additional Information

  • Shipping Days: We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Incorrect Addresses: Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout. Warmür is not responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect addresses.

  • Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipping. Additional shipping fees may apply.
