Warmür's No-Hassle Blanket Policy

We stand behind our products and want you to feel confident in every purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy, which gives you 30 days after receiving your Warmür to request a return.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
  • Only full-price, non-sale items are eligible for returns under this policy.

Non-sale items can be returned within 30 days, at the customer’s expense for return shipping.


How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at hello@bewarmur.com to request a return. Please include your order number.
  2. Follow the Instructions: Once your return is approved, we’ll send you detailed instructions on where to send your item.
  3. Shipping: You’ll need to purchase a return shipping label at your own expense. This can be done at your local post office. Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

We want you to love your Warmür from the moment it arrives. If your order is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at hello@bewarmur.com. Include photos and details of the issue, and we’ll work quickly to make things right.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Custom Products: Customized or corporate-order Warmürs.
  • Final Sale Items:

    • Products purchased during clearance or promotional sales.

    • Discounted items purchased during Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or other sitewide sale events. These are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

  • Gift Cards: Unfortunately, gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Refunds may take several business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.
  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer and are non-refundable.
