30-Day Returns Return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging with tags attached. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Please note: sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.
Colour Exchange Not sure you picked the right colour? We offer a one-time colour exchange. Ship it back to us at your cost and we'll send your new colour out to you, on us.

Pop your Warmür into the washing machine on a cold, gentle cycle. This will protect the fibers and prevent unnecessary wear. We suggest washing it inside-out if possible, to keep the outer knit looking smooth. - Mild Detergent Only
Use a gentle, liquid detergent. Avoid bleach, fabric softeners, or harsh chemicals, as they can damage the knit exterior and fleece lining. - Hang to Dry
Skip the dryer — heat can shrink or distort the shape. Instead, hang your Warmür over a clothesline or drying rack. For the best results, reshape it while damp and let it air dry naturally. - Avoid Heat + Direct Sun
Keep your Warmür away from direct sunlight or high heat while drying. This helps preserve the color and prevents fabric fading. - Do Not Iron
