    We offer FREE shipping on orders to the United States, Canada, and Australia under 400$. 
  • Larger orders will have shipping calculated at checkout.
  • We also ship to the United Kingdom for a flat rate of 25€.

30-Day Returns Return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging with tags attached. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Please note: sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.

Colour Exchange Not sure you picked the right colour? We offer a one-time colour exchange. Ship it back to us at your cost and we'll send your new colour out to you, on us.

Sending a Warmür as a gift? Every order arrives neatly packaged in a reusable frosted bag and ready to impress. 

At checkout, you can enter your recipient’s shipping address so the gift goes straight to them, and we will not include any pricing inside the bag!

Care Instructions

To keep your Warmür fresh and lasting for seasons to come, here’s what we recommend:

  • Machine Wash, Gentle Cycle
    Pop your Warmür into the washing machine on a cold, gentle cycle. This will protect the fibers and prevent unnecessary wear. We suggest washing it inside-out if possible, to keep the outer knit looking smooth.
  • Mild Detergent Only
    Use a gentle, liquid detergent. Avoid bleach, fabric softeners, or harsh chemicals, as they can damage the knit exterior and fleece lining.
  • Hang to Dry
    Skip the dryer — heat can shrink or distort the shape. Instead, hang your Warmür over a clothesline or drying rack. For the best results, reshape it while damp and let it air dry naturally.
  • Avoid Heat + Direct Sun
    Keep your Warmür away from direct sunlight or high heat while drying. This helps preserve the color and prevents fabric fading.
  • Do Not Iron
    The knit and fleece don’t require ironing. If needed, use a steamer at a safe distance to refresh its look.
  • Spot Clean Between Washes
    For minor spills or marks, a quick spot clean with a damp cloth is usually all you need. This way, you can extend the time between full washes.

With the right care, your Warmür will stay soft, polished, and ready to slide onto your chair whenever you need it.
